Keijo Keränen (35), M.Sc. (Econ), has been appointed Senior Vice President, Group Treasury as of 6 May 2013. He joins HKScan from Lassila & Tikanoja, where he has recently been responsible for Group Treasury and Investor Relations. Previously, he worked as an auditor for Grant Thornton.
Keijo Keränen will be a member of the Extended Management Team of HKScan Group and his office will be in Vantaa. He will report to Irma Kiilunen, Group Treasurer until 31 December 2013 as Irma Kiilunen will retire on 1 January 2014.

As of 1 January 2014, Keijo Keränen will report to Tuomo Valkonen, Group CFO.
