Re-delegation of responsibilities in HKScan’s Management Team

Effective as of 19 December 2016, Anne Mere, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of HKScan Corporation, will take over as the new EVP Consumer Business Baltics. For the time being, she will also retain her role as Group CMO and she will remain a member of the Group Management Team. Mere will report to Jari Latvanen, CEO of HKScan.

Mere has worked for HKScan for 13 years in various positions including EVP of HKScan’s Consumer Business in Finland and the Baltics and as Managing Director of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat, which was formerly part of AS HKScan Estonia.

Jyrki Karlsson, who on 2 November 2016 was appointed as EVP responsible for Consumer Business in Finland and the Baltics, will serve as EVP, Consumer Business Finland. He will remain a member of the HKScan Management Team and he continues to report to CEO Jari Latvanen.
