New shares of HKScan Corporation registered with the Trade Register

HKScan Corporation ("HKScan" or the "Company") has as previously announced completed a directed share issue of new series A shares ("New Shares") (the "Offering"). The Company announced the results of the Offering by a stock exchange release on 17 June 2019.
A total of 44,917,607 New Shares subscribed for in the Offering have been registered in the trade register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office today on 24 June 2019. In connection with the registration, the Company has cancelled the series A shares in possession of the Company, being in total of 992,348 series A shares (the "Own Shares"). Following the registration of the New Shares and the cancellation of Own Shares, the total number of registered series A shares in HKScan is 93,551,781. The New Shares confer the same rights as the Company's other series A shares.
The New Shares will be entered in the book-entry system maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy and will be registered in the book-entry accounts of the investors who participated in the Offering on or about 25 June 2019. Trading in the New Shares is expected to commence on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 26 June 2019.
Following the Offering and the cancellation of the Own Shares the number of series A shares in the Company is 93,551,781. One series A share entitles to one vote in the general meeting of the Company.
The number of series K shares in the Company is 5,400,000. One series K share entitles to 20 votes in the general meeting of the Company.
Following the Offering and the cancelation of the Own Shares, the aggregate number of series A shares and series K shares is 98,951,781. The shares carry in total 201,551,781 votes.
