As a considerable part of the environmental impact of meat products comes from farms, we are committed to do our best to mitigate this impact.
HKScan’s contract producers are already carrying out significant environmental work, and best practices are actively shared with the company’s primary production chain. HKScan finds ways to reduce the environmental impact of primary production. An example of this work is the commitment made by HKScan in 2014 to use responsibly produced soy throughout its production chain in Finland and Sweden by the end of 2018.
