HKScan’s EBIT from continuing operations was positive despite strong cost inflation. We drove cost efficiency and developed a sustainable, local food chain.

Our long-term target is to grow into a versatile food company. In the current exceptional and rapidly changing operating environment, we are focused on strengthening our financial base and improving profitability.

Corporate Responsibility

Towards a carbon-neutral food chain

Our Zero Carbon goal is a carbon-neutral food chain by the end of 2040. In 2022, we invested in energy efficiency in our own production and looked at more climate-friendly ways of producing meat on farms.

Proactive safety at work

In 2022, we focused on the importance of observation and increased safety awareness. Lost time accidents were reduced by 25%.
