Corporate governance in HKScan Corporation is based on Finnish legislation, EU-level regulation, HKScan’s Articles of Association and the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2020 as well as the Group’s Code of Conduct and the charter and rules of procedure adopted by the company’s Board of Directors.
HKScan furthermore complies with the rules and regulations of the Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd and the Financial Supervisory Authority. A corporate governance statement is given annually separately from the report of the Board of Directors.
