Kristianstad

At our plant in Kristianstad we slaughter and cut pigs (approx. 750,000 per annum). We also manufacture sausages and other meat products, e.g. Scans Christmas hams are produced here.

Every day 750 proud employees make sure that the consumers in Sweden are able to  enjoy our products and in our quality management we are supported by the following certified systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and FSSC 22000.

Skara

At our plant in Skara we manufacture different types of meat products, such as meatballs, hamburgers and liver patė, mainly for the Swedish market, but some products also go to Finland and the Baltic countries, for example. During the summer, marinated grilled products are also produced for the Swedish market. In the production in Skara we employ about 160 people and we are certified against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and FSSC 22000, among others.

Linkoping

At our plant in Linköping we slaughter and cut beef and lamb. In addition, a large proportion of all sausage production for the Swedish market takes place in an allergen-free operation (e.g. Falu sausages and Spice sausages). We have a department dealing with consumer packed meat (CPM) and we also have our Logistics Centre (NDC) in Linköping. With about 600 professional employees, we have a total production volume of approximately 100,000 tonnes / year. Examples of certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, FSSC 22000 and SÄRNÄR.

Halmstad

At two factories in Halmstad,with a total of about 90 employees, cold-smoked and hot-smoked products are produced, with extensive slicing and packing of sandwich products for the Swedish market. The popular products in the Pärsons Thin Slice range are produced here, among other things. Examples of certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and FSSC 22000.
