As part of its Annual and Responsibility Report, the company has also published the Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report. The disclosure of non-financial information is included in the Report of Board of Directors.

HKScan has published the Financial Statements as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Consolidated Financial Statements have been tagged with XBRL characters.

The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has issued an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on HKScan Corporation’s Finnish ESEF Financial Statements. The assurance has been completed in accordance with the international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000.
